1. Campaign overview

Make the Moment Last turns verified Passly attendance into something people can keep and share. Five judged winners each receive 30% off one eligible Passly order, capped at KES 2,000. The hashtag is #PasslyMemories.

2.1 Promoter and scope

The promoter is Passly Events and Ticketing Limited, Jamia Mall, Room A2, Nairobi CBD, Nairobi, Kenya (Passly). Campaign enquiries may be sent to campaigns@passly.co.ke.

The campaign is open to people who can attend, or have attended, events supported by Passly and who satisfy these terms. Entry is free. No new ticket purchase is required to enter.

2.2 Campaign period

The campaign opens at 10:00 a.m. East Africa Time on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. East Africa Time on 31 August 2026. Judging and verification run from 1 September through 30 September 2026. Entries received outside the entry period do not qualify unless Passly publicly extends the campaign following a material service interruption.

2.3 Eligibility

  • The entrant must be at least 18 years old when submitting the entry.
  • The submitted email must belong to the entrant's valid Passly account.
  • The entrant must have a Passly attendance record marked as checked in. A checked-in paid ticket, complimentary ticket, or verified Passly webinar attendance qualifies.
  • The event may have taken place at any time before or during the campaign. It does not need to occur within the campaign period.
  • The Memory, keepsake, public social post, and campaign submission must be created during the campaign period.
  • The entrant must accept the version of these terms and the campaign privacy notice presented at submission.

2.4 Excluded participants

Passly employees and contractors directly involved in the campaign, campaign judges, their immediate family or household members, and agencies or suppliers directly involved in creating, administering, or judging the campaign may not enter. Other organizers and their employees may enter if they personally attended and checked into the featured event, were not involved in judging their entry, and receive no preferential treatment.

2.5 How to enter

A hashtag, mention, or social post alone is not an entry. The email and URL must also be submitted through the official campaign website.

  • Open any eligible checked-in event in the Passly app and create a Memory.
  • Generate a Passly keepsake and publish it as a permanent public Instagram feed post or Reel, TikTok post, or X post.
  • Tag Passly, tag the relevant event organizer where an identifiable official account exists, and include #PasslyMemories.
  • Submit the public post URL and the email attached to your Passly account through the official campaign website before the deadline.
  • Keep the post and account publicly accessible until the winners are announced.

2.6 Eligible and ineligible formats

Eligible formats are permanent public Instagram feed posts and Reels, TikTok posts, and X posts. Stories, Close Friends content, direct messages, WhatsApp Status posts, private-account posts, restricted-audience content, deleted or archived posts, and posts that do not visibly include the Passly-generated keepsake do not qualify.

The website validates only that the submitted URL uses an approved platform. Passly verifies the post, account, tags, keepsake, Memory, and attendance evidence after entries close.

2.7 Multiple entries; first submission only

An entrant may submit multiple entries using the same Passly account and identity. Only the first submission received from that entrant will be evaluated, even if that first submission is later found invalid. Every later submission will be recorded but will not be evaluated or substituted for the first submission.

Entries cannot be replaced or withdrawn after submission. Creating or using multiple Passly or social accounts to obtain another evaluated entry may result in disqualification.

2.8 Content, tags, and rights

Each entry must document the entrant's real event experience. The entrant must have created the submitted content or obtained every permission needed to publish and license it, including permission from identifiable people shown in it. The organizer must be tagged where an identifiable official account exists; the entrant will not be disqualified solely because no official organizer account exists or can reasonably be tagged.

Only the written caption may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. The submitted images, video, audio, event experience, Memory, and keepsake must be authentic and must not be generated or materially fabricated by artificial intelligence.

Music available inside a social platform remains subject to that platform's licence. Passly's campaign-use licence does not include third-party music or audio. Passly may remove, replace, or mute that audio when sharing an entry outside the original platform.

2.9 Prohibited content and conduct

  • Unlawful, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or harassing content.
  • Content encouraging dangerous behaviour, illegal drug use, or harmful or excessive alcohol consumption.
  • Content violating privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, music, or other third-party rights.
  • False attendance claims, manipulated check-ins, fraudulent accounts, impersonation, or misleading claims about Passly or an organizer.
  • Content promoting a competing ticketing service or an entry that has already won another Passly campaign.
  • Duplicate or substantially repetitive social posts intended to manipulate platform visibility or create extra entries.

2.10 Judging and scoring

Eligible first submissions are judged independently by three judges: one Passly Marketing or Community representative, one Passly Product or Brand representative, and one independent creative, culture, or events professional. Each judge scores every criterion from 0 to 10. Each judge's weighted total is calculated, and the three valid weighted totals are averaged to produce the final score out of 10.

  • Story and emotional impact: 40%.
  • Creativity and presentation: 30%.
  • Connection to the attended event: 20%.
  • Effective use of the Passly keepsake: 10%.

2.11 Conflicts, ties, and records

Judges must disclose any personal, financial, employment, organizer, or close professional connection to an entrant or featured event. A conflicted judge must recuse themselves before viewing or scoring that entry. The judging lead records the conflict and appoints a replacement judge; the conflicted score is excluded. An organizer may not judge an entry connected to their own event.

A tied entry with the higher Story and emotional impact score ranks first. If the tie remains, the higher Creativity and presentation score decides. If still tied, the independent judge selects the entry that best represents the campaign promise.

Passly will retain entry, eligibility, scorecard, conflict, verification, winner, and benefit records for 12 months after the campaign closes and then delete or anonymize them.

2.12 Post-close eligibility verification

After entries close, Passly will match the submitted email to a Passly account and verify the account's checked-in paid ticket, checked-in complimentary ticket, or verified webinar attendance. Passly will also verify that the Memory and keepsake were created through Passly during the campaign period; the submitted URL is a permanent public post on an approved platform; the post contains the keepsake, required Passly tag, #PasslyMemories, and organizer tag where available; and the entrant controls the relevant Passly and social accounts.

Passly may request reasonable evidence of account control or content rights from a provisional winner. A submission remains unverified until this review is complete. Failure of any check disqualifies the first submission, and a later submission will not replace it.

2.13 Winners, alternates, and notification

Passly will select five winners and rank five alternates from the eligible entries. Provisional winners will first be contacted on or about 1 October 2026 using the email attached to their Passly account and, where practical, a direct message from Passly's official social account.

The 72-hour response period begins when the first notification is sent. Passly will send a reminder approximately 24 hours after the first notice and a final reminder approximately 48 hours after it. If the provisional winner has not responded and completed the requested verification within 72 hours, Passly may disqualify that entrant and contact the next ranked alternate.

Five confirmed winners will be announced on 5 October 2026. Passly may publish only the winner's social handle, Passly account display name, and featured event name together with the winning entry. If verification is not complete by the announcement date, Passly may identify the affected place as pending and publish the confirmed winner after verification.

2.14 Winner benefit

Each of the five verified winners receives one unique, account-bound promotional code providing 30% off the eligible ticket face value of one Passly order of KES 1,000 or more, capped at KES 2,000. The maximum aggregate campaign benefit is KES 10,000.

The minimum spend and percentage are calculated on eligible primary ticket face value before transaction charges, fees, merchandise, products, add-ons, resale tickets, credits, or another promotional code. Standard currency rounding applies. One order may contain multiple eligible ticket quantities for one event, but not tickets for multiple events.

The code is issued promptly after verification, may be redeemed once through the winning Passly account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expires at 11:59 p.m. EAT on 31 December 2026.

2.15 Failed payments, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

A failed or abandoned payment does not consume the code. A voluntary order cancellation before completed payment does not consume it. Once a code has been redeemed on a completed order, a full or partial discretionary refund does not restore the code.

If the booked event is cancelled by the organizer or Passly, Passly will issue a replacement carrying the same unused benefit. The replacement expires on the later of the original expiry date or 30 days after issue. If the event is rescheduled, the discount remains attached to the existing order. Any refund is limited to the amount actually paid and excludes promotional value.

2.16 Ownership and campaign-use licence

Entrants retain ownership of their content. By submitting, the entrant grants Passly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, crop, resize, caption, and share the entry solely to administer, judge, announce, document, and promote Make the Moment Last and Passly Memories across Passly's digital, social, editorial, print, and event channels. Passly may use service providers to perform those activities on its behalf.

Passly may not materially change the meaning of the entry, imply an endorsement beyond campaign participation, sell the entry as standalone media, or reuse third-party music or audio outside its licensed platform. Passly will credit the entrant where reasonably practical.

An entrant may ask Passly to stop new, future uses by writing to privacy@passly.co.ke. The request does not withdraw the entry, replace the first submission, revoke uses already published or committed for publication, or require removal of historical campaign records, announcements, archives, or materials lawfully produced before the request. No additional payment is due for permitted use.

2.17 Campaign privacy notice

Passly Events and Ticketing Limited is the controller of campaign personal data. Questions and rights requests may be sent to privacy@passly.co.ke. Campaign support enquiries may be sent to campaigns@passly.co.ke. Passly processes the submitted email and post URL, Passly account and display name, social handle, event and attendance evidence, Memory and keepsake identifiers, entry history, terms acceptance, judging records, verification evidence, winner status, and benefit-redemption records.

Passly uses this information only to receive and secure entries, match them to Passly accounts, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, moderate content, judge entries, contact and verify winners, publish the limited winner information described above, issue benefits, resolve complaints, and demonstrate fair campaign administration. Campaign data will not be added to marketing lists or used for unrelated direct marketing.

The information is required to administer the campaign contract and Passly's legitimate interests in fair judging, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Content-publication rights are governed by section 2.16. Passly may share only necessary information with its hosting, database, security, communications, professional-adviser, judging, and campaign-administration service providers under appropriate safeguards.

Campaign records are retained for 12 months after the campaign closes and then deleted or anonymized. Entrants may request access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable, and may complain to Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. Deletion or restriction before judging is complete may make verification impossible and disqualify the entry. The main Passly Privacy Policy provides further information about safeguards and data-subject rights.

2.18 Platform releases and rules

This campaign is operated solely by Passly and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, or Paystack. Each entrant completely releases those platforms from claims arising from the campaign. Entrants remain responsible for following the rules of the platform they use, including rules against inaccurate tagging, duplicate posting, impersonation, artificial engagement, and use of multiple accounts to manipulate a promotion.

2.19 Technical failures and changes

Passly is not responsible for inaccessible posts, broken URLs, deleted accounts, connectivity failures, or third-party platform outages outside its reasonable control. If Passly's own entry service experiences a material outage affecting fair participation, Passly may extend the deadline and announce the change through its official channels.

Passly may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign where fraud, security incidents, technical failure, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control make fair administration impossible. A material change will be announced, will not be applied unfairly to an existing valid entry, and will be recorded in a new terms version where renewed acceptance is required.

2.20 Liability, complaints, and general terms

To the extent permitted by law, Passly is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation, third-party platform use, or inability to redeem a benefit because eligibility conditions were not met. Nothing excludes consumer, privacy, negligence, or other rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A participant may report a clear eligibility, verification, scoring-calculation, privacy, or conflict-of-interest error to campaigns@passly.co.ke within seven days after the winner announcement. Passly will review the record and correct a demonstrable administrative error. Creative judging decisions remain final.

These campaign terms govern the campaign and prevail over conflicting promotional captions or summaries. Passly's general terms and Privacy Policy continue to apply to the Passly account, tickets, orders, and platform. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms are governed by Kenyan law.
